The company continued to execute its growth strategy, delivering strong revenue and profit growth for the quarter.

The record results capped a successful 9-month stretch marked by strong growth in customer engagements, key acquisitions, record annual recurring revenue, as well as industry recognition. The company’s achievements this year illustrate how Magaya is serving a market need within an evolving industry.

The company has accelerated its organic growth throughout 2020 by adding more than 235 new logos through organic growth, plus 205 more through acquisitions. Q3 has been a remarkable quarter for Magaya. The company acquired a pair of best-of-breed solution providers – ACELYNK and Catapult – deepening the strength of Magaya’s offerings across the logistics software spectrum and cementing the company’s position as a leader in the logistics industry. The company has already begun cross-selling the Magaya, ACELYNK, and Catapult solutions to its newly-combined customer base, executing on its vision for growth.

ACELYNK is a leader in customs compliance software for the logistics industry that offers a best-of-breed automation commercial environment (ACE-certified) automated broker interface (ABI) solution focused on compliance, security, and technology. Catapult is a preeminent provider of freight rate management software. The combined offering delivers an unmatched competitive advantage for current and future Magaya customers and enables the company to broaden its reach to new industries and market segments.
