Magaya Supply Chain V11.5.4: Making Imports More Efficient

While every new release includes enhancements and improvements designed to bring even more value to Magaya Supply Chain users, we’re particularly excited about the many changes in version 11.5.4, being released this month, to help automate, streamline and accelerate import operations!

That’s right, Magaya Supply Chain version 11.5.4 packs a big punch for importers, adding a lot of new functionality to help you save time and operate at the height of efficiency. Here’s a glimpse at what 11.5.4 has in store – specifically for importers:

FIRMS Codes

Easily find and enter the FIRMS code or Facility Name on the shipment to use it on the Delivery Order, and for filing 7512 and 7501 (import only-CBP interaction). Plus, FIRMS codes will always be updated in Magaya automatically, eliminating the need to update the list manually.

IT Fields for Shipment

Simply enter the IT Number, Date, and Location on the shipment and use these fields on the documents such as Arrival Notice and Delivery Order. You can also reuse data when filing CBP transactions and communicate Information directly to Customs Brokers. 

Release Type, G.O. Date, and Customer Reference

Now you can enter Release Type, G.O. Date, and Customer Reference on the shipment to use for documentation, tracking, and subsequent operations. 

CSV Import of Ports

Save time by Importing a list of ports to easily and efficiently use Schedule Ks and Ds as ports in your operations.

Report Scheduler

All users, not just importers, will enjoy the new report scheduler! Users can now set up reports to run and send via email at a scheduled time (i.e., on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis). Reports can be delivered in Excel and/or HTML format
