How To: Add an Ocean Carrier and Vessels

To get started, follow our easy step-by-step instructions on adding ocean carriers to your Magaya system.  Magaya allows you to fill in physical addresses, billing addresses, and other addresses as needed to keep all your information in one place.

A Rates tab gives you the option to add rates to your carrier.  Having rates arranged by carrier keeps you and your team organized.  But, Magaya takes it another step further by automating rates to show up in shipments and other transactions.

You can further customize your list by adding a vessel list to each ocean carrier.  Just enter the required fields for the vessel such as the vessel name and flag of origin, choose a carrier and save.  Now you have an organized network of carriers at the click of a mouse.
