Now you can manage leads, contacts, and accounts even better than before, alongside related quotes, customer interactions, and more. Increase productivity, eliminate data silos, and improve your customer service with Magaya CRM’s new features, detailed below.

MULTI-DATABASE SUPPORT

You can now connect to multiple Magaya Supply Chain instances, with a consolidated view of all leads and opportunities from each Magaya Supply Chain instance together in one record.

SALESPERSON REPORTING

New reports are now available to provide visibility into the productivity of your sales agents based on the activities they have created and their outcomes.

QUOTE DATA SYNC TO LEADS & OPPORTUNITIES

Quote data from Magaya Supply Chain is now passed back to the CRM lead and opportunity for customer service agents to easily access and include in CRM-specific reporting.

ASSIGNING LEADS TO THE DEFAULT MANAGER

Leads created in Magaya Supply Chain via a quote by a user that is not part of the CRM will be listed as created by the default manager in the CRM user list.

ACTIVITY DATA EXPORT

Users can now export existing activities for reporting purposes.

MULTILINGUAL COLUMNS IN ACCOUNT IMPORT

Magaya Supply Chain users can now import customers into the CRM account list with column headers in Portuguese or Spanish.

HIDE INTERNAL ACCOUNT TYPES

Account type values that do not correlate to Magaya Supply Chain values have been removed from Magaya CRM to better align the CRM Account entity with the Supply Chain Customer entity.
